Meet The Team

IWR Media is an Irish media production company of broadcast television, radio and podcasts. It was founded by Mary Brophy and Neal Boyle, to make great stories, imagine new worlds real, and have better conversations about the world we live in now. In whatever format, we aim to tell stories that are captivating and nuanced, that widen perspectives while bringing great characters to your screens and headphones. IWR work with freelance crew and presenter talent across our projects – you can find them listed on our production credits. We don’t use unpaid interns.

Our creative focus is increasingly directed towards projects on nature, environment and biodiversity loss with an emphasis on solutions storytelling.
